Introductory offers and invitation codes are intended for one introductory booking only. Once you have redeemed your introductory session, any future bookings will normally be charged at the current session price unless TOWDN is running another promotion or has specifically offered you a further discounted rate.

If you give at least two working days’ notice, TOWDN will normally work with you to rearrange your appointment. Where we agree to transfer your booking, we may honour your original introductory rate for the rearranged session.

Each request is considered individually and remains at TOWDN’s discretion.

Introductory codes are designed for one booking only. If TOWDN agrees to transfer your booking because you have provided sufficient notice, we will make the necessary adjustment for you. Please do not attempt to use the code again yourself, as it may no longer be valid.
