I can still see the introductory booking offer on your website. Can I use it again?

Introductory offers and invitation codes are intended for one introductory booking only. Once you have redeemed your introductory session, any future bookings will normally be charged at the current session price unless TOWDN is running another promotion or has specifically offered you a further discounted rate.

I’ve already booked using an introductory offer, but I need to rearrange my appointment. Will I lose my discounted rate?
Not necessarily.
If you give at least two working days’ notice, TOWDN will normally work with you to rearrange your appointment. Where we agree to transfer your booking, we may honour your original introductory rate for the rearranged session.
Each request is considered individually and remains at TOWDN’s discretion.

I cancelled my introductory booking. Can I simply use the same discount code again?
No.
Introductory codes are designed for one booking only. If TOWDN agrees to transfer your booking because you have provided sufficient notice, we will make the necessary adjustment for you. Please do not attempt to use the code again yourself, as it may no longer be valid.
