Coaching Services – Success Momentum Coaching Package

  1. Booking

Your coaching session is confirmed once full payment has been received and your booking has been confirmed. Sessions are delivered online unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Pre-Session Questionnaire

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will be asked to complete and return the Pre-Session Questionnaire.Please complete it promptly and, wherever possible, at least two working days before your scheduled session. If you book within two working days of the appointment, please complete the questionnaire as soon as it is received.The questionnaire allows your session to be prepared around what matters to you. If it is not received in sufficient time, TOWDN may need to postpone your appointment to allow appropriate preparation.

  1. Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that plans sometimes change.• You may reschedule your appointment without an additional charge by providing at least two working days’ notice before your scheduled session. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays.• Where less than two working days’ notice is provided, the session fee will normally be forfeited because preparation time may already have been invested.• Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will normally forfeit their session.• Where exceptional circumstances arise, TOWDN may, at its discretion, offer an alternative appointment.• If TOWDN needs to rearrange your appointment, you will be offered an alternative session or, where appropriate, a full refund.These arrangements are subject to any cancellation rights provided to you by law.

  1. Online Purchase Cancellation Rights

When purchasing services online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking.If you select a session taking place within that 14-day period, you expressly request that TOWDN begins providing the service, including any necessary preparation, before the cancellation period has ended.If you cancel after preparation or another part of the service has begun, TOWDN may deduct a reasonable and proportionate amount for the work already completed. Once the coaching package has been fully delivered, your right to cancel ends where permitted by law.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

  1. Introductory and Promotional Prices

The price payable is the price displayed and confirmed during checkout.Introductory and promotional prices are available only while displayed on the website or otherwise expressly offered by TOWDN. No discount code is required where a reduction has been applied automatically.Where TOWDN agrees to reschedule a confirmed booking, the original price paid will be honoured. If a booking is cancelled and a new booking is made later, the price available at the time of the new booking will apply.

  1. Late Arrival

Sessions finish at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so that subsequent appointments are not affected.

  1. Nature of Coaching

The Success Momentum Coaching Package is designed to support personal and professional development through coaching.Coaching is intended to support clarity, decision-making and purposeful action. It is not counselling, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice or medical advice.Individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Any decisions you make and actions you take following the coaching session remain your responsibility.

  1. Confidentiality

Information discussed during your coaching session will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or there is a genuine concern regarding your safety or the safety of another person.

  1. Follow-Up Materials

Following your session, you will normally receive:• A personalised session summary.

• Your practical action plan and agreed next steps.

• Relevant supporting resources where applicable.These materials are prepared for your individual use.

  1. Intellectual Property

TOWDN retains the intellectual-property rights in its original coaching materials, templates and supporting resources.You may use your personalised action plan and agreed next steps within your own career, business or side hustle. TOWDN’s templates and materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold or used to provide services to others without prior written permission.

  1. Data Protection

TOWDN processes personal information in accordance with UK data-protection legislation. Please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the website for further information.

  1. Acceptance

By booking the Success Momentum Coaching Package, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
