Hmmm... Maybe you're not the person who can see where they need to be?  Do you need the start of the year? No? You're right! Anytime is as good as another! Anytime is a good time to make a plan.

So... What do you want to achieve this year? What would make you look back in 1, 2 or even 3 years and make you feel accomplished?  Now... what's that thing you've always wanted but simply couldn't see how you'd achieve it?

Now...

look at it as if you were a child.  No. Really.  Look at it as if you're a little child.

Through eyes that see everything as possible.

Eyes that do not see barriers but simply fun ways to get there.

Eyes, a heart and ears that have never heard or completely understood the word "no". "Impossible". "Can't be done". "Has never been done before''.

Legs unafraid to run even though you haven't learnt to walk...

See it as achievable.

Forget the barriers -they are meant to be climbed! Think about what YOU need to do to make it possible.  Really what do you need to do? Who do you need to get there?

Now...What habits do you need to create to make it something that simply CANNOT fall off your radar?

And yes.

Maybe you need to be somewhere where there are no interruptions.

Well?

What are you waiting for?

Go there!  Ooh do not forget a pen and paper.

Once you've made a note of what you plan to achieve, how you plan to achieve it, who you'll need (if you do) and when and have added in the habits you're going to create to make it most likely... (And make sure this is written down.)

Create a  Vision Board. Add images of the things you'd like to achieve. And remember this part should be easy because you've already made an honest note of your how etc ;)

Now go put it somewhere where you'll see it every day. Yes. Right now.  Go put it somewhere where it will be truly visible to you. Make sure you see it every day because life can take over and you can forget to focus on the things that will make your dreams a reality.  More than anything else, when you look at it each day remember to do it through the eyes of a child -where everything is possible.

This is just the starting point.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing more practical ideas to help you turn what you want to achieve into something you can actually work towards — from getting clear on your goals to creating the habits, plans and actions that help move them forward.

So, if there’s something you’ve been meaning to do, change or achieve, perhaps now is the time to start.

Now...

Do me a favour and use the comment box to let us know if you tried this last year and how it went?  Tell me what you're working towards...  Also let us all know what you did to make it work for you or what you'll do this time around. Can't wait to hear from you!
